So, what exactly is Health Coaching?

Health coaching is a personalised, one-on-one consulting service designed to help you achieve your health goals. Whether you want to lose weight, manage a new or existing health condition, resolve digestive discomfort, or establish healthier habits, health coaching provides you with an individualised program tailored to your needs. You will receive practical, strategic advice and accountability to support your journey toward improved health and overall well-being.

The 45 minute sessions

Initial Appointment:

We start with a comprehensive assessment of your health history, medical background, current lifestyle, eating habits, and preferences. Together, we then will outline specific personal goals to guide our work.

Future Appointments:

These sessions focus on accountability and assessing progress toward your goals. We will provide ongoing nutrition education, address any challenges or areas of concern, and answer your questions about food and nutrition. Our goal is to keep you motivated and inspired.
