My yoga journey began in 2012 at Lake Atitlán in Guatemala, during a time when I felt restless and disconnected. Yoga became a transformative force in my life, helping me find balance, self-discovery, and peace. In 2017, I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa yoga training in Mexico, deepening my connection to the practice and to myself.

Yoga continues to be my anchor, supporting my physical health, emotional resilience, and healthy aging. It has not only transformed how I live, feel and look but also how I see the world. I am deeply grateful for the grounding, balance and trust it brings to my life.
