My Nutrition Story
My relationship with food has evolved over the years. Like many, I grew up thinking that being healthy meant eating less, not necessarily eating better. In my twenties, I didn’t prioritise nutrition—traveling, late nights, and convenience foods were the norm. But after turning 30, I felt the effects. I was often tired, bloated, and disconnected from my body.
Yoga transformed my perspective. As my practice deepened, I naturally craved more nourishing foods. I realised it’s not about dieting—it’s about feeling good from the inside out.
Studying Ayurveda has reinforced that there’s no one-size-fits-all way to eat well and that not all nourishing foods are right for everyone. True balance comes from understanding what works best for you.
